Lynette is a sex educator who runs a nonprofit called No More Secrets Mind Body Spirit, and in addition to running groups and teaching classes, she runs a phenomenal program called the End Period Poverty Campaign. It is currently Philadelphia’s ONLY feminine hygiene supplies bank. Here is a recent Philadelphia Inquirer article about her work, and here is a three-minute video clip of her speaking about the program as well.

 

MLUC’s Reproductive Justice committee is organizing this event. Watch out for our upcoming collection of feminine hygiene products/donations for the End Period Poverty campaign.
