The Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee works to identify and recruit candidates for the Board of Trustees and for the Nominating Committee itself. This year, committee members attended board meetings to gain a deeper understanding of board service and to speak candidly with prospective trustees about the responsibilities, expectations, and opportunities associated with serving in this important leadership role. Looking ahead, the committee is focused on identifying and encouraging emerging leaders among younger and newer members of the congregation.
