No Kings Protest in Media with the MLUC Justice Choir
Saturday, October 17 at 10:00 AM — 12:00 PM
This year’s No Kings day has a new focus. Billed nationally as No Kings: Vote Early, it’s a nonpartisan day of voter participation, a chance to help neighbors learn their options and make a plan to vote before Election Day on Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Singers from the MLUC Justice Choir will perform from the front steps of the Delaware County Courthouse at about 10:15 a.m. All are welcome to join them.
Want to learn the songs first? The choir will practice them at its regular rehearsal on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. Everyone is welcome, whether or not you sing with the choir.
Want a Side with Love shirt to wear? Request one here, and Social Justice Director Rev. Lisa Schilansky will bring it to the rally.
