Meditation
There are three regularly scheduled meditation groups at Main Line Unitarian Church.
Meditation I meets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here. To watch a recording of a Meditation I session, please consult our YouTube page.
Meditation II also meets on Sundays at 11:30 a.m., after the main service, and is a shared silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
Monday Meditation Study Group meets at 7 a.m. on Monday mornings. This is conducted as a discussion class, working through a different selected book, followed by a silent meditation. It is open to new participants at the beginning of each new book, in the spring or in the fall. Contact Katrina Olgiby for more information.
