The Constitution and Bylaws establish how Main Line Unitarian Church is governed. Board Governance Policies
The Board Governance Policies explain how the Board of Trustees carries out its responsibilities. Safe Congregation Policies & Procedures
MLUC’s Safe Congregation Policies describe how we protect children, youth, and adults; prevent harassment and abuse; respond to concerns; and maintain a secure environment. These policies include screening requirements for volunteers, codes of conduct, child safety procedures, mandated reporting guidelines, limited‑access agreements, disturbance protocols, and fire‑safety procedures. They ensure MLUC remains a community grounded in care, accountability, and responsible stewardship.
