ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Sarita Priyadarshi is a yoga instructor and mindfulness coach based in Villanova. She is a Yoga Alliance–registered instructor with 200 hours of formal training. Sarita teaches inclusive, multi-level classes that blend movement, breathwork, and meditation to help students feel both energized and grounded.
