Sunday Service: Beyond the Surface: Deepening Our Community Connections
Sunday, August 24 at 10:00 AM — 11:00 AM

THIS WEEK’S SERVICE
Beyond the Surface: Deepening Our Community Connections
Yvette McDonnell
In these troubling times, we are called to deepen our community connections—not as a duty, but as a sacred act of faith. When we root ourselves in the Unitarian Universalist values of love and generosity, we open our hearts to one another and prepare to welcome the stranger and the seeker with grace. How can we move beyond surface-level conversations to form bonds of trust, compassion, and spiritual kinship? How might we listen with open hearts, approach one another with curiosity, and nurture relationships that reflect the divine within us all? This Sunday, join Yvette McDonnell for her sermon, “Beyond the Surface: Deepening Our Community Connections,” as we practice transforming love one conversation at a time.
