We will watch a video by Rev. John Morehouse titled, “Opening to the Unknown.” Our time together will include a short centering meditation and a discussion of the video followed by a longer meditation. Facilitated by Jann Nielsen.
ABOUT MEDITATION I
Meditation I meets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed by a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
