We will read from the book The Fifth Agreement by Don Miguel Ruiz and Don Jose Ruiz. The Fifth Agreement, according to the authors, is ultimately about seeing your whole reality with the eyes of truth, without words. This is just an introduction.
ABOUT MEDITATION I
Meditation I meets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed by a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
