THIS WEEK: We will watch a video by Andy Weir on the subject of oneness and rebirth.
Our time together will include a short centering meditation and a discussion of the video followed by a longer meditation. All are welcome: beginning and experienced meditators, church members, and guests.

Meditation I meets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
