Courage and Resilience in Difficult Times: A Meditation Retreat
Saturday, April 4 at 9:30 AM — 3:00 PM

This retreat includes sitting and moving meditations and contemplative practices, as well as short dharma talks that will explore how meditation, generosity, patience, ethical awareness, and wisdom can support engaged, compassionate, and courageous living in challenging times.
To support our practice, the day will be spent in silence.
All are welcome, both new and experienced practitioners.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
In these times—when stress, fear, anger, and grief are ever-present—we may find ourselves asking: who do I want to be and how do I want to show up in this very challenging time? This daylong meditation retreat offers a framework and path through applying the six paramitas (virtues) of Buddhism for how we can remain resilient and compassionate while gaining courage to help ourselves and our communities in these times.
