As the treetops begin to hint at change and we approach Labor Day, many of us feel the season shifting. Some are heading back to school, others are savoring one last summer celebration, and many of us are transitioning into new routines. Even though autumn hasn’t officially arrived, this is a good time to pause, breathe, and care for ourselves. Before your schedule fills, consider setting aside daily, weekly, or monthly moments for self-care.
