This two-day workshop guides participants through the five crucial legal documents every adult should have in place for health, financial, and end-of-life decisions. We’ll discuss the purpose and importance of a health care proxy, living will, dementia will, durable power of attorney, and funeral/burial wishes. Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of each document and actionable steps to begin or complete their own planning.
ABOUT GARY
Gary Geoghegan, a CPA, has worked at the IRS in Philadelphia since 2008. He earned undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering and environmental studies and holds an MBA in finance and international business from New York University. He served in the Peace Corps in Niger from 1981 to 1983 and has been his Peace Corps group’s treasurer since 2003. At MLUC, he serves on the Auction team and the Committee on Ministry and has been part of the Family Promise overnight team since 2016.
