Meditation: Creativity

This Sunday there will be a reading from Jack Kornfield’s book No Time Like the Present, on the topic of creativity. Our time together will include a short centering meditation and a discussion of the video followed by a longer meditation. Facilitator: Greg Gaul.
Meditation Imeets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed by a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
