Our topic for this Sunday is again, “Relationships as Spiritual Practice.” We’ll listen to another talk by Ezra Bayda, psychotherapist, writer, and teacher at the Zen Center of San Diego. ABOUT MEDITATION I
Meditation I meets on Sundays at 8:30 a.m. and ends before the main service begins at 10 a.m. It includes a facilitated discussion followed by a period of silent meditation. It is also possible to join online here.
