Dear MLUC Member,

The 2023 Annual Congregational Meeting of the Main Line Unitarian Church will be held on Sunday, June 11th, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. following the service. The meeting will be conducted in-person and congregants are encouraged to attend, but only members (requires membership of more than 30 days) may vote.

Curtis Heckleman will serve as our Moderator for the meeting.

The meeting agenda is included with this letter. We will hear from Interim Senior Minister David Messner; the Board President; the Executive Director, Rich Fritzson, and Leslie Bass, Chair of the Nominating Committee.

We will vote on the 2023-2024 budget, the slate of candidates for the Board of Trustees, the slate of candidates for the Nominating Committee, and three amendments to the Bylaws.  There will be time available for questions before each vote. Enclosed for your review: the budget, information on the nominees, and our proposed Bylaws changes. There will also be an opportunity to discuss the proposed bylaw amendments, and the budget, after the Sunday Service on June 4th.

Amending the bylaws requires that we have a quorum of 96 members present in person.
